After almost 5 years in the UK, Neil and I have had the best time here in England.  We’ve enjoyed the cosmopolitan lifestyle and made some lifelong friends.  I would recommend London to anyone who has the independent travel bug.  Whenever London got too much we simply hoidayed in any of the surrounding countries.  We saw Scotland in the winter and Spain in the Spring.  Wales was lovely in the summer, although we never got round to Ireland which we hear is beautiful in the summer.  In the last 3years staying in London, Neil and I downscaled to make this trip possible.  We endured 2 houseshares, no TV, I cycled into work so that covered gym and travel costs.  Neil worked extra lessons every chance he got.  We still lived ou lives, but there were time when we throught our leaving date would never arrive.  This trip took up all our time even before we left.  We had our maps up on the wall and the packing list was neverending.  Who know s if we’ll ever need all this stuff, but we’d rather have it and not need it than the other way round.

So this is us saying GOODBYE to England.  We’re sure we’ll be back again in the future.  We’ll miss everyone and will be in touch often.  Take care all.
