RamblingRat Africa go wandering with Atlas Overland
Neil and I joined the team of Wessex Wanderers for a weekend (20th - 22nd November) of mud, puddles and wading. We were invited by Alex and Pete of Atlas Overland to join a few them as well as a few other wanderers. Thank you to Scott for recommending us. We were in very good company and enjoyed taking in the sights and experiencing tracks on the Salisbury Plains. (more...)
RamblingRat at Apple Store, Regent Street, 15th October
Tim Dennis: Around the World on a Mac Intrepid traveller Tim Dennis shares stories from his round-the-world trek for charitable causes, recording the whole experience on his Mac. He will be joined by Silvie and Neil Rautenbach who will be running the RamblingRat Africa project in July. We look forward to seeing our sponsors on the night. RamblingRat at the Peterborough 4×4 Show
The RamblingRat team spent the weekend at the Peterborough 4x4 Show at the Footloose stand. On Saturday we had the Howling Moon Rooftent fitted by Trek Overland. We had great fun learning the in's and out's of the tent. Tim joined us on the Saturday afternoon when we proceeded to walk around the various stands.
