Cooper Tires are a key sponsor in the RamblingRat Overland Project benefiting Street Kids International.  They have kindly offered tyres to both expeditions scheduled for Trans-America and Africa.  Cooper Tires was our first choice in aftermarket offroad tyres from day one so it was only natural to accept the sponsorship when we went into partnership with Street Kids International.  We look forward to a lasting relationship with Cooper Tires.

Cooper tires have been especially good to the African expedition  by sponsoring six offroad tyres.  We were allowed to make our selection  of ST all terrain tyres.  We would have gone for the STT’s mud terrains, but though this a bit of an overkill for the Eastern route down Africa that we are following.  Perhaps we’ll take another look at that when we do the West Coast.
